Veteran's Day

Every year, I anticipate the Veteran's Day Assembly and this year was no exception. Such a talented group of students! I am incredibly proud of the risk taking that went into the student solos and the effort they put forth to provide an exceptional performance for our Veteran's Day guests.

As always, I cried.

As always, I walk away with a feeling of incredible satisfaction that my students are celebrating something that is so much bigger than we are here.... and thanking those that have served our country and those that are in our families serving.

I would like to think it takes heroes to make new heroes. Once again, a wonderful concert and I was thankful for all of you that attended.
